BearSSL panic on ESP8266 in rare conditions #22017

Description:

Fix BearSSL that could crash on ESP8266 on rare conditions.

Application of upstream fixes: earlephilhower/bearssl-esp8266#19 and esp8266/Arduino@master...mcspr:esp8266-Arduino:bssl/9170-thunk

No functional change, no code size change.

Checklist:

  • The pull request is done against the latest development branch
  • Only relevant files were touched
  • Only one feature/fix was added per PR and the code change compiles without warnings
  • The code change is tested and works with Tasmota core ESP8266 V.2.7.7
  • The code change is tested and works with Tasmota core ESP32 V.3.0.4
